What is the GUI supposed to do if you actually want different criteria
in the sub folders from the root folder exclusions?
For instance in my WC containing the .EXE (Windows Platform) I ignore
.ini files but in some but not all of the test sub folders I need the
.ini files to be versioned.
Does you proposal mean that if I later casually add another file type to
be ignored at the root level the recursion would ripple through the sub
folders with *all* the other ignores or just the new one.
