[TSVN] Graphics needed for installer

Hi all

If anyone wants to create more TSVNish graphics for the installer, now's
your chance. Examples are in /trunk/src/TortoiseSVNSetup/include/. I need:

* Banner.bmp - it should be 500x63. Please consider modifying the
existing tortoisesvn_logo.jpg for this... It should have no text on it,
as it will be used as a background for the banner portion of the
dialogs; the text will be superimposed on top.

* Dialog.bmp - a dialog background. It should be 503x314. Have a look
at the current one (Dialog.bmp). Again, no text; text will be superimposed.

Also possible are the icons, but those are nice and consistent with each
other already, in my not-a-graphics-designer opinion.

I need the files as bitmaps, with the same filenames. Please consider
such things as colour choice - looking good on reduced-colour desktops
for people running such things (if people still do? I don't know...).

Text that will be superimposed will be black, and the main colour of the
dialogs will be good old battleship grey. You can see, though, that the
Dialog.bmp's content area is white, and that looks good too. So wiggle
room exists ;)
