If you want to get a deleted file back, you *could* use "save as..."
from the log dialog. But as our docs tell you:
http://tortoisesvn.sourceforge.net/docs/release/TortoiseSVN_en/ch05s21.html
use the "copy to..." command and enter the path to your working copy.
That way you won't loose the history of the file.
