Windows has no notion of "unix files". So no, there's no way for TSVN
knowing it is talking to unix.

In fact, windows' "symbolic links" --- i.e. shortcuts --- are a lot
less transparent than unix's "symbolic links". E.g. you continually
run into problems, if you are using symbolic links to directories.
Try to cd "into" a short cut from a cmd-window.
So no, symbolic links won't work from a windows client.
