Never used these crash-dumps but remembered where they're set up:

 1. Open Control Panel/System and select the "Advanced" Tab

 2. On the bottom of the Advanced Tab is a section
    entitled "Startup and Recovery"

 3. Click "Setting" option of the "Startup and Recovery"

There's a "System Failure" set of options and a drop-down box called
"Write Debugging Information" enables you to select either "small memory
dump", "kernel memory dump" or "complete dump", and also the location
where they're stored.
