[TSVN] menu items not avaiable for users

Hello,

I have the following problem:

I installed TortoiseSVN 1.2.1 as a Administrator on a Windows XP Professional system and chose the option for evryone. But only the adminstrator has the TortoiseSVN context menu. The overlaying icons are working for the users, too. I tryed to remove it and reinstall it. I also deleted the folders and registry keys before reinstalling it. But still there are no menus for the users. Does anyone know how to fix that? Thanks.
