I'm a bit confused about how this works even after reading the docs at:
http://svnbook.red-bean.com/en/1.1/re36.html

If I run this:
svnadmin load --parent-dir newdir /pathto/restored < repos-backup

Will this create "newdir" as a folder INSIDE my repository, or is that
the folder FOR the repository?
