That would be enough. You only need a *.NET edition with MFC included
(and of course the vc compiler, but that's obvious).

When VS.NET2005 comes out, there will be more editions than with 2003.
So I think you won't need the professional edition of 2005 but the
edition one layer higher than the 'express' part.
