Sorry Charles, I didn't answer the first part of your question:
The Changed Files window is (very very very) helpful when comparing
two revisions (multi file changesets) in the revision graph or the
log messages. In previous versions TSVN displayed the unified diff
between the two revisions (still possible with "Show Differences as
Unified Diff"). With the Changed Files window it's now very easy to
tell which files have been changed between two revisions.

And sorry Steve: Tested with build 3977.

BTW: I saw errors on /file.ext/file.ext in single-file operations
before when I started using svn/TSVN (and didn't really know what
I was doing), but I'm not sure, whether in the CLI or in the GUI.
