Ummm, why don't you just install the subversion package?

Subject: [TSVN] svn CLI and svnadmin

What are the plans to add a command line interface for svn and svnadmin
in the TortoiseSVN package? If there aren't any, how may I help?

I have used TortoiseCVS for some time, and all of the CVS functionality
is available in the package. In TortoiseSVN, I don't have the same
luxury, and what I really need right now is a svnadmin recover for a
repos that I keep locally in Windows.

This shouldn't be too big of a problem since I'm in the process of
installing svn through Cygwin, and I mainly use Tortoise over svn+ssh.
It would be nice to have svnadmin native on Windows though.
