Nads. Maybe. I doubt you'd thank me for suggesting a cygwin bash
script or MSBuild, and thus introducing those as dependencies, right? ;-)

If issues could be put in the tracker for similar bite-sized tasks,
though, we might find that random people come along and have a crack at
them - currently, unless one uses TSVN or tracks the lists, one doesn't
get much of a hint about that sort of thing.

No need - I can check the UI using the MS Platform SDK's Orca tool - it
has a dialog preview. I might re-evaluate that once I've seen how long
MakeMsi.bat takes to run, though. We'll see.
