Checked that and you're completely right. I was able to reproduce the
same problem with the SVN CLI instead of TSVN and plink instead of
tortoiseplink. With SVN 1.1.4 it worked, but with SVN 1.2.1 not. So it
has nothing to do with Tortoise, but it seems to be a bug in SVN. As
suggested, I will ask on the SVN mailing list. Sorry for my ignorance.
