[TSVN] subwcrev in latest nightlies

Thanks for adding the -e option to subwcrev. It runs fine when the
directory only contains externals from the same repo, but if I specify
-e and the directory contains some externals from another repo, subwcrev
just eats memory until the OS kills it.

If I don't add the -e, then it runs fine on both directories, but it
doesn't like it when externals from another repo.
