[TSVN] Pair programming and "author"

Hi all,

have you thought about the effects of the "Save authentication" checkbox
in XP/pair programming situations?

Agreeably, both of the developers present when committing code should be
equally "blameable" when somebody else checks the log. But always using
one and the same login just because you are at one particular
workstation *does* take away some usefullness later on from statistical
graphs such as logins or lines per author over time...
(That information is valuable both for giving credit and tracking
efficiency ;-)
