[TSVN] Icon Overlays don't match

Hello,

I am using TSVN 1.2.1.3895
When commit changes the icon overlays in the right hand panel are updated
but the folder view on the left hand side is not.
If I use F5 to refresh the folder view it does not seem to update.
If I start up a new explorer window the icon overlays do match.
Is there a setting I am missing?
