Hi,
 
you're probably talking to a pre 1.2 subversion server. There is a
regression bug in the svn libraries. TSVN can't do anything about it.

You can either:
- upgrade your server now to subversion 1.2.1
- wait until subversion 1.2.2 is released
- don't use check for modifications
