That gets my vote!

Seriously, this is an interesting subject to look into (the last US election
sparked my curiosity). The trouble is agreeing on the method to use _before_
starting the process - in this case you would like a
run-off/elimination/multiple vote system as it's more likely to give the
result _you_ want and Stefan wants first past the post as it will probably
give the result _he_ wants. That's one of the troubles with democracy - most
people are in favour of it but no ones quite sure what it is.
