Don't worry, less than 50% have voted for "well done".
As nobody has said what voting system is in use I suggest this is an
elimination runoff.
If we stopped now we would drop "rare" and re-vote. If the votes stay as
they are we then drop "medium" and move into a final vote between "well
done" and "medium rare". Of course as rare currently has 0 votes we could go
straight to the final vote.
Or were we having a first-past the post election where the winner doesn't
need a majority?

Democracy and voting can really be *fun* ;-D

P.S.. condorcet and multiple vote systems seem the best to me. Condorcet is
arguably better but hard to explain. Multiple vote says "vote for as many
candidates/options you like, but not the ones you don't"- then the choice
with the highest count wins. Simple and perhaps fairer?
