In the start menu? It _should_ be, yes, at the cost of another dialog
page being added to the wizard (to house a textbox to type the path, and
a listbox to select existing directories in the start menu).

The textbox to set the start menu path is certainly possible (though of
questionable usability given that validation is a bit of an issue), but
I don't know for sure about the listbox.
