Do you mean SVN or TSVN? Subversion has a separate mailing list.

If you had done any research at all you would know that both SVN and
TSVN are now on version 1.2.x. Version 0.9 is ancient and unsupported.

What version client, what version server, which repository access
method? You haven't told us much at all here.
