No proxy, nothing but a natting firewall. Since I'm able to commit to
other reposes using http, I don't think this is an issue.

I just tried committing from a 1.1.4 command line client from my host in
England with no problems, so the problem must be with my windows working
copy or my client (TSVN 1.2.1). I'll test more for the next translation
commit.
