[TSVN] Show Log displaying long list of changed paths blocks dialog again in 1.2.1

Hello,

When the list of changed paths is filled in the log dialog, after some revision
was selected, the whole dialog is blocked again in 1.2.1 (until the list is
completely filled). So, browsing the log of a repository which contains
revisions with many changed paths is slowed down again.

With Stefan's changes in r3387 this issue was solved in 1.2.0.
But now it seems to reappear in 1.2.1.
