[TSVN] REQ: Icon overlay for ignored files

Hi all,
    Searched the archives and didn't really see this completely
covered. How about adding overlays for ignored files (like TortoiseCVS
has) because there's no way to visually distinguish between ignored and
new files (that haven't been added yet). Also, update SVN Status column
in explorer to say 'ignored'
