[TSVN] "Paste File List" Commit dialog box control missing with no way to get actions & file list into clipboard

I currently updated to the latest TortoiseSVN (1.2.1) and noticed that
the "Paste File List" control/button was removed from the Commit dialog
box. This was the only way I'm aware of to get a list of the files,
their paths and actions taken on them so that it can be included in the
associated Log message text and/or pasted into an email message.

It's common practice (and expected) at Intel to send "change notes"
which includes this information to developers on projects after changes
are made (with the revision number and the message log text also!). I
would copy and paste the message log text (which included the files,
path and action taken), insert the associated revision number and send
this to my team. Now, the only way I've found to get the file related
information is to manually take a screen shot, crop it and include that
in the email. :(

Maybe a better solution, besides restoring the remove paste button,
would be to on the Show Log dialog box, is add a context sensitive right
click menu option to copy description and file list to the clipboard.

Thanks,
Timothy
