[TSVN] Tortoise SVN can be authenticated with SSPI/NTLM

I would like to inform everybody that I managed to make SVN and Tortoise SVN
being authenticated in Apache via SSPI/NTLM as well with proxy on Microsoft
ISA Server.

SVN has an issue 1844:

I tried as I explained in the message

and found it working.

May be other guys can look at it?
