[TSVN] Dialogs Settings UI Glitch

Hi guys,

I noticed a tiny ui glitch in the 1.2.1 settings dialog. In the
"Dialogs" section, under "Look and Feel", the textbox for "Timeout in
seconds to stop the autocompletion parsing" has its top slightly
overlapped by (I'm assuming) the above checkbox label.

I've attached a screenshot, hopefully 10K isn't too big.

If you have the actual text box selected, it brings it to the front,
but focusing on the "Use autocompletion of filepaths and keywords"
checkbox causes it to be hidden.
