[TSVN] Diff on property

This may be an enhancement request.

In the commit dialog it at this time not possible to
get the diff of property changes. The context menu
'Compare With Base' shows only the diff for the
content of a file. No diffs for properties are
accessible.

In the repos browser exists the same/similar problem
in the Log Messages. If a property has changed on a
directory, all you get is an error message 'URL ....
refers to a directory'.

Another issue is when the content file and its
property have changed, and one looks in the commit
dialog for the diff, then only the changes of the
content are displayed.

When a property on a directory is/has been modified
and one looks in the commit dialog for the diff on the
directory no information is given at all (nothing
happens).

The svn diff command displays content as well as
property changes.

Would it be possible to add this functionality to
Tortoise? One way would be to offer an extra item in
the context menu which would offer to see property
changes?

Another question is if it would be possible to modify
properties from within the repos browser?
