[TSVN] 64-bit Tortoise

From: Douglas Stonham <dstonham_at_pennysaverusa.net>

I just recently installed Win64 on my computer and would like to use
Tortoise...

Searching the archives I found a post from Stefan (a year and four days ago):

"There might be a (temporary and Win64 only) workaround: make TSVN
available as an out-of-process shell extension."

Is this something I (as a user) do? If so, could someone give me some
hints on how I would do this?

I'm going to have to admit utter ignorance here... Does making a 64 bit
version of Tortoise mean just compiling the existing code with a different
compiler / against different libraries, or would it actually require
significant recoding?

Thanks,

Douglas
