Yes it is up to date. (At least it was at 8:30 this morning). The two
missing strings are:

If enabled, the Merge dialog initializes the \"From:\" URL with the URL 
of the selected working copy\n
instead of the last used URL.
----
Use URL of WC as the default \"From:\" URL
