yup. That changes the default association with the "vbs" extension.
Cscript outputs to the console, wscript uses popups, etc.

In the past I've set the default to cscript, so you don't get popups
whenever errors or messages are displayed. It makes it a *little* more
like a traditional shell script.

Tortoise should not rely on one in particular being associated with VBS.
