[TSVN] zlib release coming

I tried to join the zlib mailing list so I could see if there was any talk
of when the release was coming. Even the subscriptions to their mailing
list are moderated. Anyway, I got an email from Mark Adler asking why I
wanted to subscribe. So I told him that I really didn't, I was just
looking for info on the release so that we could release the Subversion
binaries.

Long story short, he said that they expect to release a new version in less
than a week. In the case of TSVN, it would probably be worth waiting,
since it shows the zlib version in the about box. Even if you applied the
patch, it would still say 1.2.2 which might raise some concern.
