Hmm - just realized that this wouldn't be good. Which settings should we
set to the default then? If we do all, we could overwrite something the
user still might want to keep, if we don't, then users might think the
function is broken.

I think it's best if we just keep it the way it is now: after an
upgrade, TSVN sets the scripts for those extensions which aren't set to
something else.
