[TSVN] Bug? Log window problems

I am having some interesting effects with the log window.
Checked with today's nightlies: TortoiseSVN 1.2.0, Build 3855

I have a worlking copy of the subversion 1.2.1 tag
(http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/tags/1.2.1).

Steps to duplicate, after a fresh reboot.

* right click on the subversion folder, Show Log...
* Check the Stop on copy/rename box ("turn it on") and click OK
* right click on the subversion folder, Show Log. The log window now
correctly shows one revision, since it is a tag.
* now uncheck the "Stop on Copy/Rename" checkbox.
* Click on "Next 100"

Now some strange things happen:

#1: Tortoise does not only get the next 100 log messages, it fetches
the complete log from 15263 down to revision 1.

#2 While TSVN is busy fetching all the log entries, the dialog is
fully functional: Scroll bars appear, you can click on the (invisible)
revisions, see the log entry, click onto some invisible files in the
file list and and select Show differences from the popup menu, and so
on. But the revision and file list controls are not redrawn. It would
be nice if you could see the revisions while they are comming in.

#3 I also had a TSVN crash (an older nightly) after closing the
dialog, but I can not duplicate that error now. Maybe it vanished
after updating to today's nightly.
