Sounds good. I think that starting small is a good approach. My main
point is that we ought to consider the end goals and be sure that the path
we are heading down can reach them. I do not know what you can, or
cannot, do with an add-in. It sounds like it can do most anything.
I am not sure, yet, that this needs a special name. Ultimately, a
TortoiseSVN install might just do all that is needed to "register" itself
as appropriate so that it can be used in other environments. It would be
easier to think of TortoiseSVN simply containing these features the same
way that a PVCS or SourceSafe does.
