Yes, this is exactly that I wanted. I consider that it will be more
convenient if it will be part TortoiseSVN. And I understand that it is
necessary for supporting.

I'll about to support all available versions of VS.NET

Ok. So then my patch will be ready, I'll post it to
patches@tortoisesvn.tigris.org for discussion?
I also discuss UI questions (if any) in this mailing list, of course.
