[TSVN] merging branch created from wc to trunc

Hi all,

I'm in the process of merging a branch back to trunc.

This branch was created from a wc (of trunc) with modifcations.

When I now select the revision range with the help of the show log
button, I'm getting in trouble 8-)

The merge dialog helpfully uses the branch creation rev -1 as the
start rev. But as I need to include the branch creation rev into the
merge, the branch does not exist yet at this revision.

Instead I need to choose the trunc as from-url and the branch as
to-url and the appropriate revs.

I think it would be possible for TSVN to detect and solve this
situation for the user, because the fact that the branch has been
created in the selected start rev can be determined from the log of
this rev.

I don't know if this special case is worth to be handled
automatically, or if there are obstacle that I don't see at the
moment.

Any comments?
