[TSVN] merge dialog

Hi all,

it just took me some time to find the reason why the show log button
related to the to: revision was gray out.

I think the explanatory test (now located at the "use from url"
checkbox) would be better placed besides the grayed out show log
button and only shown when "use from url" is checked.

On the other hand, why disable the show log button at all?

What do you think?
