[TSVN] TSVN repository migration

Hi,

All the repositories hosted on svn.collab.net will be migrated to their
project space on tigris.org during the next month or so. Our repository
will be one of the first.

The migration of the TSVN repository will start monday morning (Chicago
time) and last a few hours. During that time, only read access to the
repository is possible, so no commits.

Also, since our www/ dir still is in CVS, don't do any changes there
during that time, because it will be deleted. I'll copy the files which
are currently in there to our svn repository after the migration is done.

After that, we can control access to the repository via the tigris.org
web interface and don't have to mail the collab.net admins to do it for
us anymore.

Of course, the URL of our repository will change from
http://svn.collab.net/repos/tortoisesvn
to
http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/svn/tortoisesvn
