[TSVN] Use multiple dictionaries for spellcheck

Hi,

Is there a way to use more than one dictionary for spellchecking with TortoiseSVN? We write our code in english, but most of our commit comments are in french. If not, is there a way to specify TVSN which dictionary to use?
