[TSVN] Documentation change

Just tossing my 2 cents into the ring, but I think this change to the docs
where there is now a background image on every page looks really bad. Sort
of like web sites circa 1997. All it is missing is the <marquee> tag for
the headings. It makes the text difficult to read when it is on top of
the logo.

I also do not really see the point in adding a sourceforge logo to every
page. That would be a better place for the Tortoise logo if you really
wanted that on every page. Ideally, both would be dropped though.
