That's not possible at all. At least not without removing valuable
windows files.

Settings dialog -> Icon Set.

Just choose other overlays. If there are no overlays you like, you can
create your own set.

But: it won't help you here. Windows only shows *one* overlay, it
doesn't draw them all. So you will *only* see the windows overlay, not
the TSVN ones.
