[TSVN] *sigh*

I upgraded from Tortoise 1.1.4 to 1.2.0 Build 3606 and am now in a world
- icon overlays have vanished
- right clicking on folders is now achingly slow
- tortoise finds a different url for working copies than that returned
Anyone got any clues? Especially for the last point...
