[TSVN] issuetracker

Hi,

Due to the amount of reports on this list (bugs, features, enhancements,
...) we need someone who is willing to take over the issuetracker. This
job would require:

- read the list
- filter out wishes for features, enhancements, bugs
- reproduce bug reports with the latest nightly build

then, after two days (please not earlier) if one of the following
conditions are met:
- bug report is reproducable with the latest nightly build and I haven't
fixed it already and announced by sending the 'fixed in revision xxxx' mail.
- feature wishes are reasonable and in TSVN's and not Subversions area

an issue should be filed with a detailed description.

Otherwise I have to do this all by myself ;)

So, any volunteers out there?

Stefan
