[TSVN] GUI Translation Status report for TortoiseSVN trunk (r3826)

Hi Folks,

The TortoiseSVN 1.2.1 release is looming ahead. All you translators out
there. Please grab your .po file and bring it up to date.

A very nice sight is the Russian translation status. I haven't seen such an
up-to-date Russian translation for a year. Thanks for your work Stanislav!

Thanks to all other translators as well. You're doing a great Job!
