[TSVN] Spicing up the docs

Hi Folkx,

I just had a small go at including the glossary into the TSVN docs. I think
it would be a good idea if we reviewed our <fistterm>s and added the
necessary ones to the glossary. Currently there are too many firstterms
which are IMO placed without thought.
We could even link to the glossary definitions from inside the docs. See
http://www.sagehill.net/docbookxsl/Glossaries.html for more info.

Whaddayathink?
