[TSVN] Repo Browser Suggestion

Sometimes I look at different revisions in the repo browser, using the
"revixion" button in the top tight corner of the window. Every time I
click on that button, the "select revision" defaults to HEAD. It would
be nice if it would reflect the current state of the repo browser.
When the repo brower is at revision 123, the Select Revision dialog
should default to revision 123. This would make its usage more
convenient.
