[TSVN] In-Line Rename -> Update -> Commit Issue

Just updated to the latest stable release 1.2.0 Build 3602 and noticed that
a desired new feature was added, inline re-name. I'm not sure if this is by
design or a bug, but after you rename the file by clicking on it inside
windows explorer, the SVN seems to catch on just fine, but if you update
before you commit, it just gets the "old" copy of that folder and does not
add the re-named one to the repository. Basically you end up having two
copies of same content within different folders, both of which seem to be
under source control (green check mark), but are not in the repository if a
peer updates. Ever since we began using SVN, out best practice was to Update
before we Committed changes, else strange things happened time to time.
