[TSVN] Windows explorer slow down

Hi,

I just upgraded from 1.1.3 to 1.2.0 but my windows explorer became so
slow... I took about 7 seconds to move a file (on the same disk) and 5
seconds to create a new folder. I uninstalled tsvn and all revert fine.
I am very surprised because tsvn is a great software and it seems that
this version is focused to speed improvement. I looked in the ML and in
the bug tracking system but found nothing. Certainly my windows
installation is somehow special but i really don't see why..
