I was thinking that if the items in this folder are sorted to the top of
the list, it would not matter that there are 300 greyed items below. But
maybe it makes the sort more confusing.

BTW, the sort seems to be case-sensitive. Can we make it
case-insensitive?

Sorry, I thought you had already decided using a checkbox was not a good
option.

The search options relate to the revision pane and are immediately above
it. This option relates to the files pane, so I would put it immediately
below, moving the progress bar down a little to make space.
