[TSVN] Issue 68 - Show only 'files in this folder' option in revision log

Hi folks,

This old issue is still open - can we finish it off?

Sorting the file list is possible by clicking the column headers. Is
that sort controlled by us, or is it embedded in the control?

If we do the sort, we could force items in this folder to come before
other paths when doing a path sort.

If the control does the sorting internally, we could add another column
(maybe outside the usual display area) which simply holds a boolean for
'in this folder', and sort on that column first by default, then on
path.
